Got some new stuff! And finally got around to scanning it.
First, Mark Harmon, or, as some may know him, Leroy Jethro Gibbs, from NCIS. I've decided to practice portraits more. First in black and white and later in color, when I think I'm good enough for it. Right now, it's all still practice - proportions and likeness still have to improve. But I'm happy with it all the same.
Second a series of illustrations I am planning to enter in the Bologna Children's Book Fair exhibition. It's a long shot, but I'll try anyway, you never know. They're done with acrylics and collage elements, and are about a girl who escapes her boring, colorless city to seek colorful scenes.
The Grey City
The Green Forest
The Yellow Dunes
The Blue Ocean
And The Red Mountains will follow asap.

That was weird - I had just watched a NCIS episode prior to checking your site, and I was like, that looks like Gibbs. And it was! Nice.
I also like how you made the buildings out of newspaper in the first Bologna drawing.
Haha, coincidence indeed :D I dreamed about NCIS the other night, so that's why I chose to draw him first. Now I'll do Olivia Benson (character) of L&O: SVU :D Love that series.
Thank you! :D
I have no idea who the guy is from NCIS, never watch that show, but it looks great to me! (although the coloring of his eyes while keeping the rest black and white make him have a bit of a creepy look...lol hope you don't mind me saying that)
I love the works for the exhibition as well. The girl looks so cute and I love the teddybear that she's carrying and how you gave here all these different poses and movements :) awesomeness!
